We all went to an end-of-season bbq today. (Standard fare: Molly charmed everyone, made lots of friends.) Not too long after, she threw up on the host, her father, and the floor after choking on her dinner (little bites, darling!), and later sang karaoke when no one else would.

I think probably I should tell this story when she's 15, about how she was a party animal before she could tie her shoes.

Also, she and her bestie Zofia went met up at the farmers market
today. While Zofia's dad and I were ordering produce, the girls helped
themselves to a couple of apples. We were totally prepared to buy
them, but they charmed the merchant out of giving them away. They were pretty pleased
with themselves.

She'll be 3 in two weeks. She's now out of diapers.

Tonight Molly instructed me that we should go to the moon.

How will we get there, I asked? "In a hot balloon," she tells me, as if I should have known. "We'll have to go buy one," which is what she says about everything we don't have, "at the malled."

I love my days out going to shows and my nights on the town. But, today was one of the most perfect domestic days I've had in a long time, and the large majority of it was spent with Molly.

me: I'm unloading the dishwasher.
molly: why?
me: because the dishes are clean now, the dishwasher made them all clean.
molly: why?
me: because the dishwasher is awesome.

...Is there a better explanation for this? I mean, really.

Hope everyone had an awesome turkey day. Chelle and I make an amazing
team, we fed 15 people and still had a ton of leftovers.

I have a shitty cold, I don't care I'm still going to see Cobra Starship
and The Academy Is... tomorrow night. It's Chelle's birthday and Trev
and I's 6-year wedding anniversary.

It snowed last night and molly discovered it this morning, she was sooo
excited!

She also discovered my guitar today, she doesn't want to put it down. My
little Frank Iero also tried to play it with her head. :)
